The Nutcracker Op.71
The story that little Clara experiences with her beloved Nutcracker on Christmas Eve and the following night sounds almost like a (Christmas) fairytale: together they defeat an army of terrifying mice, fly through the winter snowstorm, and dance to their heart's content in the Sugar Plum Fairy's castle...
A family concert with Peter Tchaikovsky's beloved music in a specially arranged chamber orchestra.
The Unter den Linden Chamber Orchestra performs, conducted by Andreas Peer Kähler. Sixty children and young people from the Zehlendorf Ballet and Dance Studio dance, directed by Franziska Rengger. Narrated by Matthias Brommann.
Ages 5 and up – 70 minutes.
